TODO: legal review required before launch. This structure is drafted for a lawyer pass against UAE PDPL and India DPDP; it is not legal advice.
What we collect today
Frame to Funnel does not run marketing analytics or set tracking cookies on this site. Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and abuse prevention, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Email opt-in and contact enquiries
When you subscribe or send a contact enquiry, Frame to Funnel collects the details you submit under an explicit consent model:
- Double opt-in for the mailing list — you confirm your email via a follow-up link before you're added to any list.
- No pre-checked boxes — consent is never assumed or defaulted on.
- The exact consent wording and a timestamp are stored alongside your submission.
- A stated, single purpose per form — a subscribe request is not silently expanded into other uses.
This is designed to align with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).
How data is used
Subscription data is used to send show updates you opted into. Contact-form data is used to reply to your enquiry. Processors involved are Cloudflare (hosting), the chosen email provider (list management), and HubSpot (CRM of record). Data is never sold to third parties.
Retention
TODO: confirm retention windows before launch (e.g. purge unconfirmed subscribers after 30 days, per PDPL data-minimisation).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any data held about you, or withdraw consent to future contact, at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
