This Cookie Policy explains how LowLightKing Productions Pvt Ltd (Ernakulam, Kerala, India) uses cookies and similar technologies on frametofunnel.com (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Where a cookie processes personal data, we do so in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site’s operator. “Similar technologies” include local storage and pixels that perform comparable functions.
2. Our approach
Frame to Funnel is designed to minimise cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent, because the Website cannot operate without them. Analytics loads with the page, before you make a choice, so we can count visits; it sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device until you accept. Marketing tags do not load at all until you accept them. Section 6 explains how consent works and how to change your choice.
3. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Website to function and to keep it secure, including protecting forms from automated abuse. These are essential and are set without consent because the Website cannot operate correctly without them.
- Analytics — we use PostHog, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and how the site is used. They load before you make a choice, but set no cookie and store nothing on your device until you accept “Analytics and Advertising” in the consent banner. Until then, PostHog counts visits with an anonymous identifier it derives on its servers and discards daily. If you accept, PostHog and Google Analytics keep an identifier in cookies and your browser’s local storage. Cloudflare Web Analytics never sets cookies. PostHog’s requests are served from this domain rather than PostHog’s.
- Session recording — PostHog also records how pages are used: page views, clicks, scrolling and navigation, replayed as a reconstruction of the page rather than a video of your screen. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured. Recording runs only if you accept “Analytics and Advertising”.
- Marketing — Google Tag Manager loads marketing tags, currently HubSpot and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These set third-party cookies used to measure and target advertising, and they load only if you accept “Marketing” in the consent banner. HubSpot’s tracking code also loads if you accept “Analytics and Advertising”.
4. Third-party embeds
The Website embeds a Podcast player from Captivate.fm. If you interact with the embedded player, Captivate may set its own cookies under its own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control. Linking to or embedding a third-party service is not an endorsement of its practices.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to refuse them; most browsers also offer a setting to block third-party cookies outright, which covers the marketing cookies described above. Blocking these does not affect your ability to read the site, though some embedded third-party features may not work as intended.
6. Consent
Consent is managed by Cloudflare Zaraz, which shows the consent banner and loads third-party tags only for the purposes you accept. Analytics (section 3) runs before you choose, without cookies or device storage; it uses them only once you accept “Analytics and Advertising”, and session recording starts only then. Marketing tags — HubSpot and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, loaded through Google Tag Manager — do not run until you accept “Marketing”. HubSpot’s tracking code also runs if you accept “Analytics and Advertising”.
If you reject, or make no choice, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device; analytics still counts the visit without them. To change your choice, delete this site’s cookies in your browser settings (section 5); the banner appears again on your next visit. Consent is sought on a free, specific, informed, and unambiguous basis consistent with the DPDP Act.
