This Cookie Policy explains how LowLightKing Productions Pvt Ltd (Ernakulam, Kerala, India) uses cookies and similar technologies on frametofunnel.com (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Where a cookie processes personal data, we do so in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site’s operator. “Similar technologies” include local storage and pixels that perform comparable functions.
2. Our approach
Frame to Funnel is designed to minimise cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent, because the Website cannot operate without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are also currently set when you load a page: consent for them is being migrated to Cloudflare Zaraz, and until that is live they are not gated. Section 6 explains this and what is changing.
3. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Website to function and to keep it secure, including protecting forms from automated abuse. These are essential and are set without consent because the Website cannot operate correctly without them.
- Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you. We also load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, which does set cookies; it currently loads with the page.
- Marketing — Google Tag Manager loads marketing tags, currently HubSpot and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These set third-party cookies used to measure and target advertising, and they currently load with the page.
4. Third-party embeds
The Website embeds a Podcast player from Captivate.fm. If you interact with the embedded player, Captivate may set its own cookies under its own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control. Linking to or embedding a third-party service is not an endorsement of its practices.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to refuse them; most browsers also offer a setting to block third-party cookies outright, which covers the marketing cookies described above. Blocking these does not affect your ability to read the site, though some embedded third-party features may not work as intended.
6. Consent
The Website loads Google Tag Manager, which can in turn load analytics and marketing tags — including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Those tags set non-essential cookies, so they are governed by consent rather than by necessity.
Consent for these cookies is being moved to Cloudflare Zaraz, which manages third-party tags and consent at the network edge. Until that migration completes, the tags described above load with the page. You can control and delete them through your browser settings, as described in section 5, and by the controls your browser or an extension provides for third-party cookies.
Once the migration completes, consent will be obtained on a free, specific, informed, and unambiguous basis consistent with the DPDP Act, and will be as easy to withdraw as to give.
