Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms govern use of the frametofunnel.com website. They cover the site itself — for how you may use the show's name, content, and brand marks, see License & Brand Usage; for how data is handled, see Privacy Policy.

Who runs this site

Frame to Funnel is a personal-brand podcast created and hosted by Paul Joseph, produced by LowLightKing Productions. References to "we," "us," or "the site" mean the same.

Acceptance

By visiting this site, listening to the embedded show player, or submitting any future form (the Buyer's Guide or the Dark-Funnel Video Audit), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site, listen to episodes, and share links to it. You may not:

Third-party services

The homepage embeds a show player hosted by Captivate.fm, and links out to social platforms and podcast directories. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. Linking to a third party isn't an endorsement of it, and we aren't responsible for content or availability on sites we don't run.

No professional advice

Frame to Funnel discusses video production, martech, and demand-generation strategy for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice tailored to your specific business, budget, or legal and regulatory situation.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including reliance on anything discussed in an episode.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the show and site evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Frame to Funnel is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
