Frame to Funnel does not currently run any live email opt-in, diagnostic tool, or lead-capture form. This policy sets the terms that will govern that capture once it launches, and applies now to any data collected simply by visiting the site.

What we collect today

The site itself does not run analytics or set tracking cookies. Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Email & diagnostic opt-ins (upcoming)

When the Corporate Video Buyer's Guide and the Dark-Funnel Video Audit go live, any email address you submit will be collected under:

Double opt-in — you confirm your email address via a follow-up link before you're added to any list.
No pre-checked boxes — consent to marketing communication is never assumed or defaulted on.
A stated, single purpose per form — a request for the Buyer's Guide or the Audit is not silently expanded into other uses.

This is designed to meet the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

How data would be used

Email and Audit-intake data would be used to: deliver the resource requested, follow up on a qualification or commercial conversation you've opted into, and (with separate, explicit consent) send show updates. Data is never sold to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any data held about you, or withdraw consent to future contact, at any time.
